Chaotzu

Killed by: Nappa and Androids
Death Data: In the Saiyan Saga when Vegeta and Nappa had made their arrival on planet Earth they planeted little eggs which grew into these plant-like creatures. Chaotzu fought these and was pretty victorious. But than it came down to him having to get into a battle with Nappa. Everyone knew Chaotzu was no match for Nappa, he even knew it himself. So what he did in a result of not having to suffer in a battle he could not win he used a technique to self-destruct himself. He acturally did some damage to Nappa but it had to take his life. He also died in the future against the Androids after Goku had died. It doesn't specificly tell or show which one it was but it makes it clear that he did die by their hands.

Frieza
Deaths: 1
Killed by: Trunks
Death Data: In the Trunks Saga, Frieza and King Cold decide to visit Earth for revenge upon Goku. Well this could be a problem for the rest of the Z Fighters with Goku had not returning yet. But a mysterious Super Saiya-jin arrives, Frieza's strength is no match for Trunks and ends up getting sliced in half with his sword. It was quite funny to see Frieza's cockiness get put to shame when he had thought he was going to kill Trunks with his Death Bomb but it didn't effect him one bit. He also slices Frieza and King Cold's henchman with his sword in mere seconds. It's also quite funny watching the Z Fighters watch with amazement and figure out who he is. Like son , like father! Frieza's father King Cold soon falls to his death right after he does.

Goku
Deaths: 3
Killed by: Piccolo, Cell, and natural causes
Death Data: In the Saiyan Saga Goku sacrificed himself to hold Raditz into place to Piccolo could hit him with his Special Beam Cannon, in a result it killed both of them. Goku also sacrificed himself once again when Cell turned himself into a big explosive bomb, he used his Instant Transmission technique to teleport him and Cell to King Kai's planet saving Earth once again. In the Trunk's future he also died from a fatal heart disease. Trunk's prevents this happening in the present when he brings Goku an anidote for the fatal disease and tell him the worse that will coming in three years. Goku still gets the disease and feels all the pain it causes apon him. The anidote takes time and worked very slowly to cure Goku.

King Cold

Killed by: Trunks
Death Data: After the Frieza Saga or sometime during around that era, King Cold finds the remains of what are left of his son in outer space. He has his scientist make him a cyborg of course boosting his strength and than they make their destination to Earth to set revenge on Goku. One problem, Goku is not there but a mysterious Super Saiyan arrives from the future, named Trunks. Which you later find out his Vegeta and Bulma's son from the future. Anyway he kills Frieza like he's nothing and than King Cold askes if he can view his sword. Trunk's doing so after inspecting and observing it, King Cold tries to use it on Trunks but Trunks is way to powerful for such a plan. Trunks ends up grabbing the sword with both hands and punching right pass King Cold's armor bring him to his death.

Piccolo

Killed by: Nappa, Androids, Kid Buu
Death Data: In the Saiyan Saga they incourage Gohan to fight but he is just to scared in the beginning because Nappa is just such a big scary guy and all. So Nappa tries to force him by using a powerful blast. In doing so, Piccolo phases infront of Gohan sacrificing himself for Gohans life. Now if you think about this, Nappa was just trying to get Gohan to fight and this blast was powerful enough to bring Piccolo to the ground, imagine what if would of done to Gohan. In the future after Goku had died from the fatal heart disease, Piccolo decides to defend the Earth after what terror the Androids had causes but he dies. It doesn't exactly say specificly how he dies but he does... Piccolo aslo died in a result of Kid Buu's masacure when he destroyed the Earth.

Tien
Deaths: 3
Killed by: Trunks
Death Data: In the Saiyan Saga, Tien had gotten into a very intense battle with Nappa. During the battle Tien had already lost one arm and was still giving off enough energy to fight Nappa. He also had to watch his training partner and not to mention best friend die, Chaozu. In a result of this he overwhelmed himself with energy and had died in the battle with Nappa leaving only Goku, Krillin, and Gohan to fight the Saiyans. After that he makes his way up Snake Way, just like Goku did recieving King Kai's training and leaving there more powerful than Goku did. In the future, Tien had also died against the Androids while trying to protect the Earth against their terror. Tien also died a third time along with the millions of earthlings, in Kid Buu's destruction apon Planet Earth.

Vegeta
Deaths: 3
Killed by: Frieza and Android #17
Death Data: After Goku decided to give Vegeta a second chance to live, he traveled to Planet Namek. There he found more powerful dragonballs, but thats not all he found. He also found Lord Frieza and his henchman trying to find the samething in a result of Frieza wanting to wish for immortality. As the saga goes on, Vegeta ends up having to fight Frieza. Vegeta fights with much pride and had gotten alot more stronger since the battle of him and Goku but it still wasen't enough to defeat Frieza. Before Frieza managed to kill Vegeta, Vegeta told Goku what Frieza had done to Planet Vegeta their home planet, that he finished off the saiyan race, and he was the murderer of their parents. This since Goku into a rage! Vegeta died another time, in the future. He had died by the hands of Android #17. Vegeta also died in a intense battle with Majin Buu. Vegeta knew he couldn't defeat him so he performed a suicide attack, Ultimate Finishing Attak which left only a stone statue of himself.
