"This game is definitely a MUST have for players of all ages.  In The Previous Budokai Installments you may recall a more leaner Story Mode But in Budokai 2 Atari Introduced "Dragon World".  This Story mode was a bad move not only did "Dragon World" have a layout like a Board Game but it was played as a board game going Saga To Saga "Dragon World"was considerd the biggest mistake of Budokai Installments By Atari And Developer Dimps."

"Well the "Saiyan Overdrive System" is awesome! Again it captures the look and feel of the series perfectly.  The games animation is awesome for all the characters, it captures the feel and look of the series perfectly.  So all in all B3 is a fans dream of a almost perfect DBZ game.  Also every fan and non fan should really buy this game because it is worth  every penny!"

"This game, cool little things have changed, auras for one thing, arent all white!!!!  So when you charge up, it will usually be green or purple or some other stupendous color, also dust clouds are made when you move around.  There still is a world tournament, except there are 2 modes now, the new one is called the Cell Game, where there are no rules, no honor, no life.  Okay, back to Dragon Universe, you get to fly around, which is pretty cool since in other games, you dont get to fly alot.  You get to do this with 11 other characters and see how the story unfolds as you make your choices in this mode.  You can unlock skills and cool attacks, and also new characters like Cooler, a monster that looks like predator when transformed, and Broly, an impulsive Brute that has a severe anger problem, but solves it by ripping heads off.  These are only 2 of the 46 unlockable characters, so you can sleep well knowing that this ain't some crappy game from the ghetto."

"This game was one of my most anticipated games of 2004. It boasted more new characters, fusions and game play. This time around they have added the Dragon Rush combo system, Beam Struggles, Teleport Counter system AND Bukujutsu flight. This is the ultimate DBZ game to own if your a fan of the series, and even IF you aren't into Dragon Ball Z this game still might interest you. In the last installment, Budokai 2, ATARI and Dimps took a different direction for Story mode, creating a board game like mode called Dragon World. This was a totally bad move, as the mode had you moving floating heads over a game board like map.
